25 years of raising the roof. Saab roof starts to open but the lid dose not fully open to let the roof fold down the 94 98 saab 900 cars have numerous top issues that are known. The primary issue is the design of the convertible top tonneau motor that is located in the right rear quarter panel behind the light. It is fairly common to see issues with the convertible top not working because of a blown fuse.
